Dramatic brushwork, swirling patterns, and bold colors convey an emotional intensity in Vincent Van Gogh's artwork. Students will study several of Van Gogh's paintings, including Starry Night, afterwhich they will create their own Starry Night using a collage technique of tissue paper and decoupage glue.
