Physical subscription products are shipped beginning on the 10th of each month during the months of September through May. Prepaid subscription products expire following the defined number of prepaid months. Month-to-month subscription products renew monthly until cancelled. All subscriptions are paused during the months of June, July, and August. Individual purchase products are shipped out within 3 business days of receipt of the order unless purchaser is contacted with varying shipment information.
